Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator Ecwid stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address, email address, telephone number (if provided), date and time of access, referrer URL (website from which access originated), browser used, possibly the name of your access provider, possibly the operating system and credit card number (if transmitted), or PayPal data of the buyer.
In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: name, address, email address and telephone number. The data provided by you is required for contract fulfillment or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of charging the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If the shopping process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period required under tax law (7 years). In addition, the data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will be stored until expiry of product liability obligations (10 years).
