General Terms and Conditions for Consumers, as of May 2020
The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. It is merely an invitation for the customer to submit an offer.
The customer’s order constitutes an offer. A contract is only concluded upon our acceptance. The customer is bound by their order for two days after receipt. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
The day of receipt of the order will be communicated to the customer immediately as part of the confirmation of receipt.
An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * in the order form are completed. If information is missing or we are unable to fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before final submission of the order, the customer has the possibility to correct their order. Supporting detailed information is provided during the ordering process.
Once the ordering process has been completed, the customer is informed accordingly. This does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer’s offer on our part.
When the order has been received by us, the customer will be informed via the email address provided by them. This notification does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer’s offer.
The purchase contract is stored by us but is not accessible to the customer via our webshop. If the customer wishes to print the contract text after placing the order, this can be done by printing the content of the order confirmation email.
The contract language is German.
All prices are total prices. They include all taxes, including VAT and duties, but exclude shipping costs. They also do not include costs for delivery, installation, or setup. Shipping costs are shown for each product and vary depending on size and region. If your destination country is not listed, please send us a message – we will be happy to find a solution.
For deliveries to non-EEA countries, the consumer is responsible for all import and export costs, including any customs duties, fees, and charges.
Shipping is usually carried out within 3–7 days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place within 3–7 days after confirmation of the concluded contract.
For payment in advance, the delivery period begins once the payment has been received in our bank account.
Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.
Visible defects caused by shipping must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
This includes, for example, breakage of goods (e.g., broken tubes of infrared heaters, which can be identified by glass shards in the packaging; broken or bent items, etc.).
If goods are not collected within the specified collection period, you will be contacted again and informed that storage fees will be charged after an additional 10-day grace period:
Storage costs are limited to a maximum of the purchase price.
After the grace period expires, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. You will be informed of this withdrawal. You will receive a credit note equal to the amount paid minus the incurred storage costs. Upon request, we can convert this credit note into a refund, which will be transferred using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We accept all payment methods listed in the online shop.
We reserve the right to exclude invoice payment after a credit check.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is obliged to pay the full purchase price upon conclusion of the contract. Delivery of goods takes place only after payment has been received in our bank account. If collection is selected at checkout, payment in cash upon pickup is also possible.
The term “right of withdrawal” used in Germany corresponds to the Austrian term “right of cancellation”. Therefore, we use the equivalent terms “right of withdrawal (right of cancellation)”.

There is no right of withdrawal for goods:
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
It also expires for audio or video recordings (CDs, DVDs, etc.) and computer software delivered in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
It also expires for goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Statutory warranty provisions apply. The warranty period for movable goods is two years from receipt of the goods.

Beyond statutory warranty, we provide no additional guarantees unless otherwise stated. Any manufacturer warranties are provided with the respective products.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
In the event of payment default, we are entitled to enforce our rights under the retention of title. It is agreed that enforcement of retention of title does not constitute withdrawal from the contract unless we explicitly declare withdrawal.
